About Theo Ubique Cabaret Theatre:
At Theo Ubique, we are committed to fostering a creative environment that celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion—both onstage and off. Our casting philosophy is rooted in the belief that representation matters and that great storytelling flourishes when it reflects the rich variety of human experience. We welcome artists of all races, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, body types, abilities, ages, and backgrounds. We actively encourage performers from historically marginalized communities to audition and strive to remove barriers to access at every stage of the process. Our approach embraces non-traditional and identity-conscious casting, honoring the intentions of the piece while challenging outdated limitations. At Theo, we believe theater should mirror the world around us—vibrant, complex, and beautifully diverse.
