Pay Rate: Equity: $17.05/hour for rehearsal (17 hours). $68.20 per performance + 8% pension contribution.
Audition Date and Time: August 6-7, 2026, 9:00AM - 5:00PM. Lunch: 1:00PM - 2:00PM
Audition Location: Actors' Equity Association, 557 W. Randolph Street, Chicago, IL
Equity actors of all age and types for theatrical readings of MACBETH; HENRY IV, PART I; VOLPONE; and HENRY VIII. Non-Equity actors will be seen as time permits. Performers of all ethnic and racial backgrounds are encouraged to attend.
Material to Prepare:
1, 2-minute Shakespeare monologue (memorized). Bring a sonnet of your choice to be read (no memorization required). Bring one headshot and resume.
