Current synopsis:
In a city that could be here, there, or anywhere else, a chosen family of misfit clowns arrive in search of a new home. Perhaps deluded in their unrelenting sense of class and dignity, they create a house out of nothingness. Surviving the urban jungle proves harsher than imagined, but with play and warmth (and a little circus), they face the reality of where they came from and where they’re meant to be… ultimately finding belonging in each other!
Audition form will be due October 13th, and specific audition times will be sent out after that for our in-person auditions held on October 20th.

Workshops: December 20th-21st, 12pm-5pm
Rehearsals: January 15th-February 5th, evenings (6pm-10pm) Thursday-Sunday
Tech: February 6th-February 20th, evenings (6pm-10pm), Thursday-Sunday
Opening: February 21st
Run: February 21st-March 22nd, Saturdays and Sunday only

- We are looking to cast our 4 main characters: The Dislocados (The Dislocated)
- Think of a Chaplin-esque or Mr. Bean with just a few drops of old-school Tim Burton illustrations with the foolishness and poetry of a Licedei/Slava clown performance.
- These characters are clowns at heart with a very defined type of physicality.
- Gender is irrelevant.
- We've thought of specific circus skills as ideal to each of the four characters, but they're currently not definitive (things might change, hehehe).
- We do, however, expect a solid basic/intermediate level for partnering, tumbling, aerial skills, in addition to a high level of physical acting. Juggling is a big plus!
