Please prepare a 32-bar cut of a song in the style of the show.
Time Commitment:
Rehearsals begin August 1st and will generally be Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays through October. Additional weekend rehearsals will be added as the show gets closer.
Tech will be October 27 - 29. Our shows will run October 30th through November 2nd. ATTENDANCE AT THESE DATES ARE MANDATORY.

Carrie White – Female-identifying. Shy, isolated, misunderstood, with a powerful vocal range. Must handle emotional vulnerability and intensity. Mezzo-soprano with strong belt. This role has already been cast.
Margaret White – Female-identifying. Carrie's fanatically religious mother. Powerful presence and vocal chops. Soprano with strong belt. Lead role.
Sue Snell – Female-identifying. A popular girl with a conscience. Mezzo-soprano. Lead role.
Tommy Ross – Male-identifying. All-American golden boy, kind-hearted and talented. Tenor. Lead role. This role has already been cast.
Chris Hargensen – Female-identifying. The mean girl, manipulative and cruel. Mezzo with belt. Lead role. This role has already been cast.
Billy Nolan – Male-identifying. Chris's boyfriend. Reckless and aggressive. Tenor. Lead role. This role has already been cast.
Norma - Female-identifying. High school student. Friends with Chris. Supporting role.

This show contains a strong ensemble with featured vocals and choreography. Dancers and character actors encouraged to audition.
