Open Space Arts is seeking one actor for an upcoming staged reading of A LETTER TO HARVEY MILK by Lesléa Newman, directed by Elayne LeTraunik.  This is a staged reading only with script in hand, incorporating light movement and staging.

ROLE
HARRY WEINBERG – 77-year-old Jewish man. Warm, complex, funny, guarded, and deeply human. A man carrying memory, grief, humor, and unexpected tenderness.

SCHEDULE
Three rehearsals
Two performances: FRIDAY & SATURDAY, MAY 22 & 23, 2026 at 7:30 PM
Performances at Open Space Arts, Chicago
Stipend $50
