Deerfield Theater is excited to announce auditions for our November 2025 production of DreamWorks Theatricals Shrek The Musical!

Auditions are open to adults, teens and children (entering 4th grade and up). They will be held at Jewett Park Community Center, 836 Jewett Park Dr., Deerfield.
Material to Prepare:
Please prepare 32 bars of a musical theater song in a similar genre, and bring sheet music (marked with beginning and end points) in the key of your choice. An accompanist will be provided. Dress to move, as there will also be a dance audition. Please bring a headshot and resume if you have one.
Time Commitment:
Rehearsals will start on Tuesday, August 26th. All subsequent rehearsals will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 7-10pm, and Sunday afternoons from 1-5pm.
Performances dates are November 14th to November 16th, and November 21st to November 22nd at The Caruso Theater, 1801 Montgomery Rd., Deerfield.
