We are HOPING to have this role cast by Wednesday 3/4 and no later than Sunday, 3/8 so we can proceed with rehearsals as scheduled.
We need to replace one male understudy (two roles: one with principal role and one supporting role) ASAP as we are already 4 weeks into rehearsal.
Understudy will have guaranteed stage time through run of show.

Material to Prepare:
Dramatic monologue (1-2 minutes) (no Shakespeare for this one, please)
If auditioning in person, you will be asked to read.
Time Commitment:
Rehearsals 5:30-9:30 W/Th/Su through April 5 in Lincoln Park neighborhood.
Tech week begins April 6 (no rehearsal 4/11).
Dress Rehearsal April 15
Run April 16-26, Th/F/Sa/Su (5 performances per weekend for total of 10 shows)
Character Type/Restrictions:
Male, age 40s-50s
Will serve as Understudy for two men (the cardinal and the monsignor) in this dramatic production.
